We will continue our rigorous cleaning protocols and keep classes as safe as possible by social distancing as best we can. 

Lobby viewing will be very limited.  There are marked spaces on the floor to maintain 6 feet of distance from others. Priority is given to parents of students 5 and under.

Class start times are staggered.  If space allows, you are welcome to view the beginning of class. As more people enter and assemble, please consider waiting on your car or running a quick errand. Your child is in good hands! 

Students ages 6 and up are permitted to be dropped off.  Please be sure to properly check your child in before leaving.

COVID-19: Please continue to monitor for COVID symptoms before coming in.  If ever in question, err on the side of caution, report your child’s absence and receive a Make-Up Class Token (2 per month).

Make-up Missed Classes

Notify us of a future absence through our App to receive a Make-up token. Maximum of 2 tokens per month. Tokens expire in three months. Pre-Register for your Make-up class. All make-ups are a courtesy if space is available. Must be an actively enrolled student to use a token.

Money-Back Guarantee

We will refund 100% of the tuition of new students, for any reason, if requested with the front desk by the end of the child's 2nd class (7 days past class start date).

Preparing for Class

Athletes will enter the gym area in bare feet. NO jewelry- studs are okay but no hoops or dangling styles. Hair should be pulled back and away from the face. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Gymnastics/Tumbling: Wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts OR Leotards. Tight fitting clothing without buttons and zippers is also acceptable. Ninja: Wear your personalized Ninja T-Shirt and shorts/pants without buttons or zippers. Orders can be placed at the front desk. Shirts will be ready one week after the order is placed. Ninja T-Shirt is not required for your first week of class.

When you arrive
Please visit the front desk to get your First Day name sticker. Then, find a spot in a cubby to place your belongings and wait in the lobby for your class to be announced by a coach. Sweet Pea classes (walking-5 years) will enter the gym past the vending machines. Tumbling classes will enter by the main entrance doors. Ninja and Instructional classes will enter in the center of the cubbies in front of the ninja structure.

Returning Student Refund Policy

Credits/Refunds can be requested after Autopay has been processed and before the end of the current month (24th-31st). There is a $10 refund processing fee per student for all refunds made for the upcoming month’s class tuition(s) OR a credit can be placed on our Cutting Edge account to be used at a later date with no processing fee. No refunds can be issued once the new month has begun regardless of attendance (or for partially attended months).

Past-Due Accounts

If your Autopay card on file does not process and payment cannot be made, your enrollment will be cancelled by the last day of the current month. The primary account holder will be notified by email.

Arrival and Pickup

Arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Parents of children ages 5 and under are required to stay in the facility lobby. All children should be accompanied by an adult when not actively participating in a class. Cutting Edge is not responsible for children not accompanied by an adult before, after, or between class times. Instruct your children waiting to be picked up to wait inside the Cutting Edge lobby. Ages 6+: Once your child is settled into class, we encourage parents to wait in your car and return 5 minutes prior to the end of class for pick up. They’re in good hands! Thank You!
